How to deal with a micromanager

Wednesday Sep 29, 2021

Are you working with a client who likes to oversee E.V.E.R.Y.T.H.I.N.G? Do they seem to find it hard to delegate?  And when they do delegate, they walk you through every step so you'll do it exactly how they like it done? Or perhaps it's at the other end of the scale and they give you the tasks, without all the required information and then get frustrated at you when you don't do the job right. It can be frustrating. In this episode I'm going to chat to you about why clients micromanage, and what you can do to make your working relationship better.    Want to continue the conversation? Challenges of Niching (Part Two)

Monday Sep 20, 2021

A few weeks ago I posed a question to members in my Facebook group. I asked them, "What is your biggest challenge when it comes to finding your niche?" The ladies were in varying stages of the niching journey; some had barely thought about it, others considering making some changes, and others were well in the transition of niching. They shared their fears and hesitations about niching which was great to see. Because I can create more content, like this podcast episode, that helps to educate business women and dispel some niche-myths floating around.  In this episode I share the challenges and share insights to help you overcome these challenges if you're struggling with the same. I talk about challenges such as: Fear of not having enough work if you niche Concern that your target audience can't afford you Feedback from others who think your niche is too narrow How to let go of services that don't fit your niche If you'd like to continue the niching conversation, join my free Facebook group, Flourish - for established Virtual Assistants in Australia. www.facebook.com/groups/flourishvirtualassistants
